Eley Kishimoto last week launched their 'Flash On Week' in association with London Fashion Week. The exhibition which was held in photographic studio on Batemans Row in Shoretditch, and played homage to the companies renown print 'FLASH'.
The event showcased their signature print across a range of collaboratives products such as Noble Macmillian notebooks, a BMW Motorrad and Orlebar Brown designs. I thought the exhibition was strong, bold, as it showcased how E.K are able to adapt, apply and manipulate their print to literally anything.
The Flash print play a key part in the companies identity, and over time it has become a brand within it's self. That's maybe why this year they decided not to show a collection at LFW, but decided that there must successful print to date should be put on show...
